A Very Delicious Date Muffin Recipe

Muffins are a delightful way to start your and your child’s morning, and perfect treat throughout the day!
Therefore, today I present you a very easy yet very healthy muffin recipe, with an extra special taste of dates.
You’ll love this recipe as it is a go-to as a healthy snack, which you can whip up in just a few minutes.
Ingredients:

5g whole grain flour

3 tea spoons of baking powder
-
5 tea spoon of salt
-
3 handfuls of fresh nuts
-
1 egg
-
200g of milk
-
100g of oil
-
100g date syrup or honey or maple syrup or sugar of choice

2 bananas
-
100g of dates
-
1 Tbsp of vanilla essence
Instructions:

Mix the flour, the baking powder, the salt, and the nuts together

Remove the pits of the dates

Chop the dates a rough chop and add it to the mixture
- On the side combine 1 egg, 200g of milk, and 100g of oil and sugar or the syrup and bananas together in a hand machine
- Add them on the top of each other
- Mix them (but do not overmix them)
- Preheat the oven on 190°
- Spray oil on a muffin tin and put the mixture inside
- Bake for 15-25 minutes
- Check them each 2 minutes after the initial 10 minutes to make sure they don't get over cooked
