Cancellation and Refund Policy 

The website and its content are owned by Mirna El Sabbagh. The term “You” refers to the user or viewer of this website. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website or any of the related services, as they constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Mirna El Sabbagh and her affiliates (also referred to as “We”).

We reserve the right to make any changes on the website at any time without notice. By using the website and its content You are agreeing to this policy as it appears, whether or not You have read them. If You do not agree with this policy, feel free to contact us for Your feedback or suggestions.

Cancellation 

Individual Nutrition Consultations: In order to provide the most professional session for You, please understand that Your appointment will start at Your scheduled time. If You need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Mirna El Sabbagh at least 48 hours in advance of Your appointment or no refund will apply. 

Refunds

Individual Nutrition Consultations: If You wish to cancel Your consultation session, refunds are processed as follows:

• A full refund will apply if You cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance.
• No refunds will be issued if You don’t show up to Your session and forget to cancel it at least 48 hours in advance of Your appointment. 

Online Courses: Cancellations are fully refundable if you have consumed up to 50% of the purchased course within less than seven (7) days, and was found not satisfied with the material. Any cancellations made after the first week (7 days) are non-refundable.

Masterclasses: If You would like to cancel Your enrollment for any reason, We’re happy to fully refund Your investment within the first 7 days after purchase only if You did not start the course. However, if You already started the class, no refund will apply. 

Offers/Bundles: Once purchased, an offer or a bundle is not subject to any refund. Thus, cancellations made after purchase are non-refundable.
